    1992 - 1993: High Society

In 1992, I auditioned for the Sinatra role in this wonderful show. I was amazed to get the role. We opened in Adelaide, then played Melbourne, Brisbane, and Canberra. I got married in the middle of the run, on the set which was a giant wedding cake. The show was remounted for another tour in 1993, but I had joined Hey Hey It's Saturday as a regular, so I made a major career choice and stayed with the TV gig, declining to tour. I was nominated for a Green Room Award as Best Actor in a Musical.
